Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth business processes.
- Monitor and improve workflows for order processing, customer service, and seller management.
- Coordinate cross-functionally (with marketing, product, finance, and BD teams) to resolve operational issues quickly.
- Analyze operational data and prepare reports to identify gaps and propose improvements.
- Assist in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support business scalability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and contribute to building an efficient work culture.
- Support special projects, product launches, or campaign operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management,or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in operations, project management, or business support
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle fast-changing priorities in a startup environment.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets or other data tools is an advantage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
