Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth business processes.
  • Monitor and improve workflows for order processing, customer service, and seller management.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally (with marketing, product, finance, and BD teams) to resolve operational issues quickly.
  • Analyze operational data and prepare reports to identify gaps and propose improvements.
  • Assist in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support business scalability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and contribute to building an efficient work culture.
  • Support special projects, product launches, or campaign operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management,or related fields.
  • 1–2 years of experience in operations, project management, or business support
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle fast-changing priorities in a startup environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets or other data tools is an advantage.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
