Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and update the master project schedule using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Track project progress, identify variances, and report potential schedule risks.
- Analyze project performance and recommend corrective actions when delays occur.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Teams, and related departments to ensure schedule alignment.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in scheduling within construction or EPC projects.
- Proficient in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
- Strong understanding of project planning, CPM, and resource allocation.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
