Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and update the master project schedule using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  • Track project progress, identify variances, and report potential schedule risks.
  • Analyze project performance and recommend corrective actions when delays occur.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Teams, and related departments to ensure schedule alignment.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in scheduling within construction or EPC projects.
  • Proficient in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, CPM, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
