Job Description:

  • Campaigns & Activations: Plan, develop and execute all marketing campaigns and activations that are disruptive, innovative, and aligned with brand objectives to drive growth.
  • Brand Management: Maintain a consistent and positive brand image through branding strategies, visual identity, messaging. Ensure brand guidelines are followed.
  • Marcomm & PR: Cultivate and manage relationships with customers, key opinion leaders, and 3rd parties. Develop and execute strategies that engage these stakeholders effectively.
  • Digital Marketing: oversee digital marketing efforts including SEM/SEO, content marketing, social media marketing, online advertising and website/apps management. Ensure the company's online presence is strong and aligned with marketing goals.
  • Budget Management: Oversee and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns and advertising efforts.
  • Advertising & Promotion: plan, develop and execute strategies to attract & retain customers mainly through social media campaign and content creation to engage the target audience and meet the objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead & monitor marketing team, setting clear goals & providing guidance to achieve the objectives. Delegate task & responsibilities effectively, ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research on F&B industry, competitors, and consumer behavior to inform growth strategies and address customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience as Marketing Manager or related field
  • Previous experience preferably in the food & beverage, restaurant or hospital industry is a strong advantage
  • Proven success in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns
  • Analytical thinking and data-driven decision making
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and content marketing
  • Ability to analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior
  • A creative thinker with the ability to balance strategic vision and tactical execution — someone who not only has a clear vision but also knows exactly how to bring that vision to life.
