We are looking for a Marketing Associate to support our school's growth by leading strategic marketing efforts and driving community engagement through various channels.

Qualifications:

  • Passionate about early childhood education and marketing in the education sector.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role (experience in an international preschool or education setting is a plus).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
  • Familiar with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic content creation.
  • Proactive, creative, eager to learn, and highly adaptable.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Available to join immediately.

Responsibilities:

1.⁠ Working closely and liaising between the teaching team and the marketing team to exchange information, identify challenges to solve, and explore potential opportunities to ensure a smooth process.

2.⁠ ⁠Developing integrated marketing strategy including multi channel communication plan, parent engagement programmes, brand activation/campaign that align with HEI Schools Indonesia's business goal & HEI Global's values & guidelines

3.⁠ ⁠Creating editorial planning and managing all digital communication channels including website, instagram, e-newsletter

4.⁠ Utilize the allocated marketing budget strategically and responsibly to maximize impact and achieve optimal results.

5.⁠ ⁠Providing ongoing analysis & performance reporting for future learning & implementation.

6.⁠ ⁠Liaising PIC with third party vendors, communities, industry professionals, and media friends.

7.⁠ ⁠Creating, maintaining, supervising program partnership initiatives to reach marketing objectives.

8.⁠ ⁠Monitoring & reporting feedbacks from HEI Community.

9.⁠ ⁠Organising & participating in events (education/parenting) to grow our community base

10.⁠ ⁠Oversee marketing team workflows by setting task priorities, managing timelines, and ensuring efficient project execution.

11.⁠ ⁠Conduct market research to identify parent needs, competitor offerings, and enrollment trends to inform marketing strategies.
