Role Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall company goals
  • Lead performance management systems and employee evaluation processes to drive high-performance
  • Lead hiring to speed up the fulfillment of the manpower planning
  • Develop recruitment processes and methods that are effective and efficient, right on target, right on cost, and on time
  • Develop and manage training programs that support employee growth and skill development
  • Ensure company HR policies are compliant with legal requirements and best practices
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Human Resources/Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university
  • Minimum of 7-8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4-5 years in a senior HR leadership role
  • Proven ability to lead and develop HR teams
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and regulatory compliance
  • Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • willing to be located in West Jakarta area
