Job Description – Content Creator (Surabaya)

  • Plan, develop, and create creative content ideas for various social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Handle end-to-end content production, including scriptwriting, shooting, and editing.
  • Conduct trend research to produce relevant and engaging content.
  • Prepare and maintain the content calendar to ensure timely publication.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, design, and operational teams to support campaigns and content needs.
  • Monitor content performance and provide analysis to improve engagement and reach.
  • Manage and organize content assets (photos, videos, promotional materials).
  • Occasionally participate in live content sessions or video reviews as required by the company.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any major.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Specialist (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of content creation processes: ideation, scriptwriting, filming, and editing.
  • Proficiency in editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, etc.
  • Creative, up-to-date with social media trends, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Willing to work on-site in Surabaya.
  • Mandarin language skills are a plus.
  • Good communication skills, target-oriented, and strong time-management capabilities.
