Operational Officer

Job Summary:

We're seeking an Operational Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our business by implementing and maintaining efficient processes, managing day-to-day activities, and driving continuous improvement.

Note: This is a 1 (one) year contract position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement new processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, operate systems & tools, ensuring seamless execution of business activities, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Project Management: Manage projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.
  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform business decisions, identify trends, and optimize operations.
  • Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Reporting: Provide regular operational and transaction reconciliation reports to senior management & clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering (Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, etc)
  • 1 – 2 years' experience in operational management, project management and technical support, preferably in a tech company
  • Knowledge in Electric Vehicles technology & systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
