Internship Business Analyst

We are looking for exceptionally smart individuals who possess strong problem solving skills and have an avid interest in web or mobile development. You should be able to learn quickly and work independently, and while we will provide support to your learning, you must demonstrate tenacity and resourcefulness in overcoming challenges and acquiring new skills.

Internship Period: December 2025 – June/July 2026

This internship is structured as a full‑time and immersive experience, providing interns with the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to real‑world projects and learn alongside experienced professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manner.
  • Document and present findings in the form of workflow diagrams, specifications and other project‑specific documentation.
  • Conceptualize business processes and present them visually using workflow diagrams and slide decks to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts.
  • Manage the project timeline, plan and prioritize tasks in a constantly changing environment.
  • Participate and support various activities during the software development lifecycle (requirements gathering, development in sprints, QA and testing, deployment etc).
  • Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that effectively presents progress and status of different aspects of the project to different stakeholders.
  • Deliverables may include the following: Cloud Hosting and Set‑up (AWS or Azure cloud), technical integrations with 3rd party systems, performance and load testing, solution design/technical specifications, data extraction, transformation and migration, user stories/functional specifications, workflow diagrams to demonstrate business processes.
  • Being able to learn and apply company’s Tech Stack such as C#, Python, .NET, VueJS, Flutter, Svelte, React Native, in day‑to‑day work.
Requirements
  • Students will be required to commit full‑time hours per week for at least 6 months and above.
  • The candidate should have excellent problem‑solving skills, and the ability to visualize workflows and translate them into digital mediums (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous and detail‑oriented with excellent documentation skills.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for analysis.
  • Strong and avid interest in web and mobile applications.
  • Prior experience as a Business Analyst in a software delivery project would be advantageous.
Learning Outcomes
  • Participate in daily stand‑up meetings as part of the development team and understand agile development methodology.
  • Gain experience in applying existing academic knowledge in solving real‑world problems.

To maximize learning, interns will need to be able to and willing to commit full‑time throughout the internship period. This commitment includes not having concurrent class schedules or other major conflicting commitments during the internship period, to ensure their active participation and engagement in our internship program.

Business Analyst
  • Monitoring and analyzing the revenue performance of assigned brands.
  • Identifying new revenue opportunities for assigned brands.
  • Developing and executing data‑driven business strategies, including strategies for Promotion, Pricing, and Product.

Conducting market, competitor, and trend analysis for assigned brands.

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

  • Strong business sense to identify revenue opportunities.
  • Proficiency in processing and presenting data effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to manage cross‑division projects.
  • Understanding of basic marketing concepts such as Customer Journey and Marketing Mix.
  • Familiarity with online food delivery business models is a plus.

Business Analyst Lead
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience;

Lead Business Analyst

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Business Administration, or related field.

At least 7 years’ experience in business analysis or software requirements, including 2+ years in a leadership/supervisory role.

Strong understanding of business processes, industry trends, and best practices; ability to drive strategy and innovation.

Proven record of leading cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality analysis results.

Skilled in business analysis tools/methods; can apply them to complex scenarios.

Broad business acumen and strategic planning ability; able to align technology with business goals.

Excellent problem‑solving and critical thinking; adept at tackling complex challenges.

Proactive, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated; takes initiative in identifying business needs. Outstanding written & verbal communication; able to explain complex ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

Provide strategic oversight of business analysis to align with company goals; lead creation and maintenance of documentation for clear communication and project tracking; work with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements and functional specs; guide data analysis and ensure insights are clearly communicated; build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships for better alignment and teamwork; prioritize complex requirements by assessing business impact and feasibility; serve as bridge between business and technical teams to facilitate collaboration; lead software evaluations, offer recommendations, and perform risk analysis to ensure successful delivery.
