Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Jakarta, Makasar, Kendari, Samarinda, Banjarmasin, Indonesia for a Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, developing sales strategies, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, meeting with potential clients, providing product demonstrations, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales skills, including developing sales strategies and achieving sales targets
- Experience in maintaining client relationships and providing excellent customer service
- Market research and analysis skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the heavy equipment or related industry is a plus
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
