HRGA STAFF

Job Responsibility:

  • Establishes and leads recruitment practices and procedures necessary to recruit and retain an effective workforce.
  • Enhance HR policies & produces which are in compliance with local labor laws and regulations and in line with TCL China, regional and global practice.
  • Plans, develops, implements and administers programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align staff with the strategic goals of the company and leads the implementation of a performance management system.
  • Provides general supporting activities such as the administration of company legal documents and permits; office cleanliness; meeting, team building, Renovation, ticketing, foreigner permit, company transportation etc.
  • Working with managers, coaching them and advising on all issues

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in HR management or other related field ;
  • 5 years hands on experience in HR & General Affairs;
  • Reliable and responsible, with good team spirit, communication and understanding ability, learning ability and breakthrough spirit;
  • Generalist background with broad knowledge of recruitment, compensation & benefits, organizational planning, employee and industrial relations, training and development, performance management, human resources information systems and general affairs.
  • Have a strong knowledge of Indonesia Labor Regulations and Labor Law;
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus)
