We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for an Account Manager (Partnership Management) to strengthen our client relationships and develop long-term partner collaborations that drive growth and retention.

Your Mission

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the bridge between our clients, partners, and internal teams — ensuring customer success, growth, and partnership value creation.
You’ll focus on both client relationship management and managing our ecosystem partners to ensure sustainable revenue and mutual success.

Job Description

What You’ll Do

Account Management

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing enterprise and mid-size clients

  • Conduct regular business reviews, performance analysis, and health checks

  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities

  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure client satisfaction

  • Conduct regular client visits and online meetings to strengthen relationships and monitor platform adoption  

  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and data-driven performance reports  

Partnership Management

  • Manage existing partners (resellers, distributors, agencies, or system integrators)

  • Monitor partner performance, pipeline, and deal progression

  • Support partners in enablement, joint marketing, and client handovers

  • Identify new strategic partners that strengthen our ecosystem

Commercial Growth

  • Maintain accurate CRM and renewal forecasts (HubSpot / equivalent)

  • Ensure retention targets and partnership revenue goals are met

  • Work closely with the Account Executive team for joint pursuits and co-selling

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Partnership roles (preferably in SaaS / B2B Tech)

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills

  • Analytical mindset — comfortable discussing metrics, usage data, and ROI with clients

  • Experience managing channel partners or resellers is a strong plus

  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English

  • Proactive, structured, and collaborative

  • Comfortable reading data and running basic SQL queries (for usage analysis, client insights, and QBR preparation)

  • Strong presentation and communication skills — able to translate data into clear client stories  

  • Comfortable conducting onsite and virtual client meetings across regions
