Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst in the insurance industry.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Hands-on experience with LifeAsia or similar insurance platforms.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and validation.
Solid understanding of SDLC and QA/testing methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
