Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Branding, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in strategic or brand planning, preferably within a branding or marketing agency.
- Strong interest in branding, consumer behavior, and storytelling.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to think both creatively and strategically.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to build persuasive presentations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with brand strategy concepts such as positioning, brand archetypes, and customer journey mapping.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to synthesize abstract ideas into clear frameworks and actionable strategies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover brand, market, and consumer insights.
- Analyze cultural, industry, and competitive trends to support brand positioning and strategic decisions.
- Assist in crafting brand positioning frameworks, brand architecture, and tone of voice guidelines.
- Translate insights into compelling brand strategies and creative briefs.
- Work collaboratively with Creative Visual & Projects teams to ensure strategic integrity across all brand touchpoints.
- Support in developing and presenting strategic decks and reports to clients.
