Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Branding, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in strategic or brand planning, preferably within a branding or marketing agency.
  • Strong interest in branding, consumer behavior, and storytelling.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to think both creatively and strategically.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to build persuasive presentations.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with brand strategy concepts such as positioning, brand archetypes, and customer journey mapping.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to synthesize abstract ideas into clear frameworks and actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover brand, market, and consumer insights.
  • Analyze cultural, industry, and competitive trends to support brand positioning and strategic decisions.
  • Assist in crafting brand positioning frameworks, brand architecture, and tone of voice guidelines.
  • Translate insights into compelling brand strategies and creative briefs.
  • Work collaboratively with Creative Visual & Projects teams to ensure strategic integrity across all brand touchpoints.
  • Support in developing and presenting strategic decks and reports to clients.
