Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia, for an Automotive Sales Manager. The Automotive Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the automotive sales team, developing sales strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and service excellence, and closing sales deals. Tasks include managing customer relationships, analyzing market trends, setting sales targets, and collaborating with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in automotive industry knowledge and trends
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to analyze market data and trends
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the automotive industry is preferred
