What you'll be doing

  • Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations
  • Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including the preparation, calculation, and filing of monthly and annual tax returns (SPT).
  • Calculate and analyze HPP (Cost of Goods Sold), COGS, and COGM to support tax reporting and financial accuracy.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement efficient accounting policies and procedures
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decision-making
  • Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, and coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants

What we're looking for

  • Female
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in tax and accounting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Holds Brevet A & B certifications (mandatory), professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CA)
  • Must have working experience in a manufacturing company
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial accounting, tax compliance, and reporting standards
  • Proficient in ERP systems, financial reporting, and accurate tax filing (SPT).
