Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Public Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in business licensing, legal compliance, or regulatory affairs.
- Strong understanding of business licensing regulations and reporting systems such as OSS, SIINAS, INSW, INATRADE, SIMPKTN, SIMPEL, and ESUKA.
- Proven experience in handling company certifications including SNI, TKDN, Green Industry, and equipment/pressure vessel certifications.
- Skilled in coordinating and negotiating with government authorities and external parties.
- Detail-oriented with strong abilities in document management and digital licensing/reporting systems.
- Proactive in monitoring regulatory changes and providing relevant input to management.
- Manage all business licensing processes, including identifying required permits, handling submissions, renewals, and monitoring validity (e.g. business, industrial, trade, import, environmental, building, utilities, etc.).
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance with national and regional laws; monitor regulatory changes and analyze their impact on the company.
- Organize and maintain licensing and legal documentation in a structured and accessible manner.
- Coordinate and communicate with government agencies and internal departments to fulfill licensing requirements and resolve related issues.
- Submit regular reports through government platforms such as OSS, SIINAS, INSW, INATRADE, SIMPKTN, SIMPEL, and ESUKA.
- Handle company certifications, including SNI, TKDN, Green Industry, trademarks, and equipment certifications (e.g. cranes, lifts, boilers, etc.).
