Job Description
As an Annotator, your primary responsibilities will include:
Audio Annotation and Correction: Listen to audio recordings, compare them against AI-generated text transcripts (using our provided platform), and make necessary corrections to ensure 100% accuracy.
Quality Assurance/Peer Review: Perform peer reviews on the work of other team members to maintain high quality and consistency across all annotations.
Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following mandatory requirements:
English Fluency:
Mandatory Requirement: Proven fluency in English as demonstrated by a valid certificate.
Accepted Scores (Test must be taken after or at November 2023):
TOEFL PBT: > 550
TOEFL iBT: > 85
IELTS: > 6.5
Time Commitment: Minimum guaranteed availability of 40 hours per month.
Technical Readiness: Must possess your own reliable device (laptop/PC) and a stable, high-speed internet connection sufficient for effective audio streaming and remote work.
Work Location: This is a 100% Remote position.
Compensation Structure
Payment is based on the volume of audio successfully processed:
Annotator Rate (Standard): Starts from Rp 50.000,00 per hour of audio processed.
Reviewer Rate (Top Applicants): Exceptional applicants qualified to perform reviewer/peer-review tasks will start from Rp 75.000,00 per hour of audio processed.
