Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Account Growth

: Develop and execute tailored account strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets across the Indonesia market.
- Cross-Regional Collaboration:

Partner with regional offices, global account teams, and local commercial leaders to align strategies and ensure consistent execution.
- Stakeholder Management:

Build strong relationships with buying offices, agents, and apparel/footwear factories to drive sales engagement and deliver exceptional service.
- Team Enablement:

Coach and support junior sales team members, guiding them to meet and exceed performance expectations.
- Sales Performance & Forecasting:

Lead monthly business reviews, monitor customer forecasts, and collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure supply chain readiness.
- Lead Regional Sales Initiatives:

Manage the execution of sales "attack plans" and ensure regional alignment with global objectives.
- Market Intelligence:

Conduct market and competitor analysis, using insights to identify new opportunities and take proactive actions.

Candidate Requirements:

  • At least
    7 years

of working experience in
Sales and Account Management
- Including
3 years

of
managerial level

role, and hands-on sales experience in

any similar industry within multinational or global companies, selling to
FMCG/Pharmaceutical/Retail/Fashion industries.
- Fluency in
English

(professional and business level, able to communicate in written and spoken English with the global teams and accounts, without hesitation or being misunderstood).
- Proven experience in managing complex transactions and sales cycles in
apparel or footwear supply chains.
- Strategic account planning and execution
- Negotiation and stakeholder engagement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for reporting and analytical purposes, and business tools (e.g., Lotus Notes, CRM).
- Ability to build and nurture customer relationships and lead complex negotiations, with strong people management skills, including mentoring, training, and developing high-potential talent.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, and has aan nalytical mindset and customer service orientation.
- Willing and able to
travel frequently

across the region.
