- Perform general administrative and clerical duties, such as preparing documents, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and ensure office equipment is well-maintained.
- Support daily operations of the office to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in data entry, filing, and document management.
- Coordinate with other departments to support operational needs.
- Provide assistance to managers, supervisors, and colleagues as required.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills are required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance-related roles (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Experience in Taiwan-funded factory management is a plus
- Proficient in English
