  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties, such as preparing documents, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and ensure office equipment is well-maintained.
  • Support daily operations of the office to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assist in data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Coordinate with other departments to support operational needs.
  • Provide assistance to managers, supervisors, and colleagues as required.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills are required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in finance-related roles (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Experience in Taiwan-funded factory management is a plus
  • Proficient in English
