Key responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the data team in daily operations, including data analysis, reporting, and visualization.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical and reporting solutions.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

  • Manage metadata and data cataloging to support data discoverability and reusability.

  • Coordinate data integration from multiple internal and external sources.

  • Support and optimize data pipelines for analytics and reporting purposes.

  • Foster a data-driven culture across departments through education and collaboration.

  • Monitor industry trends and best practices in data management and analytics.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or business intelligence, preferably in banking or financial services.

  • Proven experience leading a team and managing data-related projects end-to-end.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in SQL, Python or R for data analysis.

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
