Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management

- Lead staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Streamline workflow to improve efficiency and service delivery.
Business Development
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians and healthcare facilities.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the client base.
- Conduct presentations and education sessions to promote lab services.
Financial Management
- Monitor and manage budgets to ensure profitability.
- Generate performance and sales reports for senior leadership.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure high-quality service standards and regulatory compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaboration
- Coordinate with the central lab and other branches for aligned service delivery.
- Partner with marketing and communications teams for promotional efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (any major).
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a medical laboratory setting.
- Proven background in sales or business development, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
