Procurement Manager

Base location - Jakarta

Requirements :

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management, Engineering, Agronomy.
Minimum 8 years of working experience, 5 years in managerial level, handle Procurement in Palm Oil Plantations company.
Good communication in english (both Oral and Written).

Job Descriptions:

Supporting the procurement head to set up of the category strategy by preparing data analysis, tendering process and contracting.
Review and improve current flow, procedure, SOP. Implement new strategy in procurement to streamline procurement process and eliminate barriers that slowing the process.
Coordination on strategy implementation with the operations, overcome barriers, eliminate obstacles on the implementation, and ensuring coordination with purchasing units at SPU level.
Manages purchasing team.
Negotiates prices and contracts with suppliers.
Builds and maintains relationships with vendors.
Reporting to management.
