About the Role

Responsible for achieving sales targets for several product ranges and/or several areas under his/her responsibility, by creating strategy implementation plans and managing sales activities and monitoring customer relations to ensure long-term relationships with customers.

What you will be doing?
  • Conducting periodic sales activities according to the area of responsibility to support the achievement of company targets.
  • Maintaining good relationships with customers to maintain customer satisfaction in business relations and purchasing activities and encouraging repeat orders and cross-selling.
  • Ensuring internal coordination with other teams in relation to product intensification runs well and customer needs are followed up properly.
  • Conducting bidding and negotiation processes to ensure pricing is in accordance with applicable company procedures and remains competitive.
  • Developing the company's marketing network (new leads) to increase the potential for transactions that can be carried out by the company.
  • Conducting negotiations with customers regarding special needs (including price negotiations) to ensure customer needs are accommodated in accordance with the company's service standards.
  • Ensuring the payment process runs according to procedures and agreements with customers.
What do we look for?
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
  • Having 2-3 years of B2B Sales Supervisor or Assistant Manager.
  • Must be proficient in computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office).
  • Must be proactive and innovative.
  • You must have excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Having experience in the sales area is an advantage.
