Job Desc:
Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for IT managers & Director, and staff.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain IT documentation (reports, manuals, policies, inventories).
- Draft and proofread emails, memos, and presentations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence for the IT department.
IT Operational Support
- Assist with logging, tracking, and following up on IT Department.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment (laptops, accessories, software licenses).
- Help prepare user accounts, access requests, and onboarding materials.
Documentation & Reporting
- Create and maintain detailed records of system updates, maintenance logs, and technical procedures.
- Compile regular IT performance reports and incident summaries.
- Support project coordination by documenting timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
Communication & Coordination
- Serve as a liaison between IT, other departments, and external vendors.
- Communicate scheduled maintenance, outages, and updates to staff.
- Assist in organizing IT training sessions, workshops, and meetings.
Requirements:
- Bacheloor degree of IT it must.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Basic understanding of IT terminology, systems, and office software.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email platforms.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
