MT Sales Supervisor

Job Description:

• Manage daily sales operations and ensure smooth field execution.

• Lead and supervise a sales team, while maintaining strong partnerships with merchandisers and manufacturers.

• Build and maintain good relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

• Monitor daily team performance and ensure proper area coverage and in-store execution.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree from any major; preferably from Engineering or Accounting backgrounds.

• Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).

• Willing to work with targets in a dynamic, field-based environment.

• Must possess a valid SIM A and be able to drive a car.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
