We're looking for innovative and driven individuals to join our team as Technical Marketing Staff a unique role that blends technical knowledge with customer-focused project work .
Your Role Will Include- Leading customer projects: pitching, research, and negotiation
- Conducting lab-scale chemical research for coating and coloring
- Running semi-industrial tests at customer sites
- Coordinating internally to ensure research meets standards
- Providing technical support and chemical solutions to clients
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in:
- GPA ≥ 3.20 / 4.00
- Graduation year: 2023 – 2025
- High initiative, resilience, and passion for hands-on work
- Interest in both technical research and business processes
