Qualifications / Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Proficient in financial software such as Microsoft Excel and ERP systems; experience with SAP is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of fixed asset management and accounting principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good report-writing and communication skills.
- A proactive team player with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
Scope of Responsibilities / Job Description:
- Responsible for the recording, monitoring, and reporting of Assets Under Construction (AUC) and Fixed Assets.
Maintain proper control and documentation of all fixed asset transactions, including:
Filing and maintaining fixed asset records and supporting documents.
- Overseeing asset acquisition, capitalization, and disposal processes.
- Monitoring Assets Under Construction (AUC) progress and ensuring timely capitalization.
- Conducting and coordinating physical verification of fixed assets.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes related to fixed assets.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and tax regulations.
- Assist in audit activities and provide required fixed asset information to internal and external auditors.
