About the role
Luxe Realm Properties is seeking a talented Translator Mandarin to join our growing team. This is a full-time position based in North Jakarta, Jakarta. As the Translator Mandarin, you will play a crucial role in facilitating seamless communication and collaboration between our company and our Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.
What you'll be doing
- Accurately translate documents, correspondence, and other materials between Mandarin and Indonesian
- Interpret conversations and meetings between Mandarin and Indonesian speakers
- Provide language support for various business activities, including contract negotiations, client meetings, and internal communications
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure consistent and effective communication
- Stay up-to-date with industry terminology and cultural nuances to maintain high-quality translations
- Contribute to the development of company-wide translation resources and best practices
What we're looking for
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to translate between the two languages with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and Indonesian
- Strong understanding of cultural differences and the ability to navigate them effectively
- Experience in a similar translation or interpreting role, preferably within the real estate or property management industry
- Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and concepts
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and translation software
