Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the team and department
- Handle documentation, filing, and correspondence in English
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications
- Maintain and update company databases and records
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors when needed
- Ensure all administrative activities are carried out accurately and on time
