Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the team and department
  • Handle documentation, filing, and correspondence in English
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications
  • Maintain and update company databases and records
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors when needed
  • Ensure all administrative activities are carried out accurately and on time

Requirement

  • Proficient in both written and spoken English
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Able to manage administrative tasks with accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Preferably a proactive and careful individual with a willingness to learn
