Responsibilities:

  • Handle general administrative tasks such as document management, letters, and office supplies.

  • Coordinate office maintenance, facilities, and utilities.

  • Support procurement for general items and operational needs.

  • Organize and assist in internal events and employee activities.

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.

  • Conduct regular stock checks and reconciliations.

  • Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure stock availability.

  • Prepare inventory reports and ensure proper storage and labeling of goods.
