  • Customer Experience: Maintain high NPS/CSAT, resolve escalations, and champion a learner-first culture.
  • Academic Coordination: Partner with academic leads to uphold teaching quality, assessments, and learning outcomes.

  • Compliance & Risk: Oversee HSE, data/privacy protocols, and policy adherence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in branch/center management, retail/education operations, or sales leadership.
  • Proven track record meeting revenue and operational KPIs.
  • Strong people leadership: hiring, coaching, performance management.
  • Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Comfortable with CRM/Excel/Google Workspace; data-driven decision-maker.
  • High ownership, integrity, and bias for action; willing to work some evenings/weekends for events when needed.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
  • Health benefits and annual leave.
  • Professional development opportunities and a clear growth path.
  • A mission-driven, collaborative culture with real local impact.
