Position Summary

We are seeking a highly competent HRGA Officer to support the firm's core operations. The role encompasses responsibilities across finance, taxation, human resources, legal administration, and office management. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to the leadership team, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and process discipline.

This position requires strong organisational skills, integrity, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in English (particularly written) and the ability to utilise modern productivity tools, including GPT/AI platforms, are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources & Legal Administration

  • Draft and maintain employment contracts, HR documentation, and staff records.
  • Support recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labour regulations and BPJS administration.
  • Assist in the review and administration of agreements, contracts, and corporate filings with external counsel.

Finance, Tax & Compliance

  • Manage day-to-day financial operations, including payroll, reimbursements, payments, and vendor coordination.
  • Liaise with external accounting partners to ensure timely and accurate bookkeeping and reporting.
  • Ensure full tax compliance (PPh 21, VAT, and corporate obligations) in coordination with external accountants.
  • Maintain and safeguard the company's bank accounts, including transaction approvals and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing periodic financial reports for management.

Operations & Process Improvement

  • Structure, document, and improve internal processes to strengthen operational efficiency.
  • Oversee general office administration, including facilities, supplies, and vendor management.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal operational matters.
  • Apply GPT/AI tools to streamline workflows, documentation, and communications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Psychology, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in HR, finance, operations, or administration.
  • Sound knowledge of basic accounting, taxation, and HR principles.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labour law, BPJS, and corporate compliance frameworks.
  • Strong proficiency in English, particularly written communication.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools, including GPT/AI platforms, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
  • High integrity, trustworthy with confidential information.
  • Self-starter, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coachable and willing to learn, yet able to execute with minimal supervision.
