*About the Role*

You will be responsible for managing the Asset Management Unit, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of vessel utilization, budgeting, and investment analysis. The role includes preparing operational and financial reports, evaluating project feasibility, and providing insights to support strategic business decisions.

*Key Responsibilities*

  • Ensure reliable and timely reports on vessel utilization, budget, and revenue.
  • Prepare management reports on operational performance, cash flow, and forecasts.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and investment analysis for new projects and vessel purchases.
  • Supervise payroll and budgeting processes for ship management and docking.
  • Evaluate docking budgets, tender submissions, and cost justifications.
  • Develop and monitor KPI performance for fleets.
  • Lead and guide the Asset Management and Payroll teams to achieve reporting targets.

*Requirements*

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Economics/Management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, with managerial experience.
  • Strong analytical skills in forecasting, investment, profit/loss, and OPEX analysis.
  • Detail-oriented, able to work under tight schedules.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in costing, budgeting, and business forecasting.
