Requirement

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
2–3 years experience in DevOps, infrastructure operations, or system administration.
Strong experience in Linux server administration (required) and Windows Server (a plus).
Experience managing virtualization (VMware, Proxmox, or OpenStack).
Proficient in automation and scripting (Bash, Python, Ansible).
Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git).
Familiarity with Helm, Terraform, and GitOps workflows is a plus.
Experienced in monitoring and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
Exposure to Kafka, MQTT, and streaming systems (a plus).
Strong troubleshooting across OS, app, and platform layers.
Collaborates well with Infra Architects, developers, and product teams.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee infrastructure monitoring, maintenance, and incident resolution to ensure system reliability and performance.
Manage and automate CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and platform configurations.
Implement and maintain infrastructure automation using scripting and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible).
Collaborate with Infra Architect and development teams to deploy scalable, reliable infrastructure.
Perform troubleshooting across servers, services, containers, and applications.
Ensure security best practices are enforced in deployment, operations, and access control processes.
Continuously evaluate and improve DevOps processes, incorporating observability, performance tuning, and reliability engineering.
Maintain documentation of runbooks, deployment steps, and operational standards.
