Responsibility:
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Assist in organizing training and development programs for employee skill enhancement.
- Help collect and analyze employee feedback to improve workplace satisfaction.
- Maintain and update HR records and documentation related to people development.
- Collaborate with the Human Capital team to support various HR projects.
- Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to enhance employee engagement and development efforts.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with end-to-end recruitment process including competency-based interviews
- Strong interest in employee engagement, talent development, and organizational culture.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to intern on-site in Yogyakarta.
- Being able to start work as soon as possible is preferred
