Responsibility:

  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Assist in organizing training and development programs for employee skill enhancement.
  • Help collect and analyze employee feedback to improve workplace satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update HR records and documentation related to people development.
  • Collaborate with the Human Capital team to support various HR projects.
  • Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to enhance employee engagement and development efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with end-to-end recruitment process including competency-based interviews
  • Strong interest in employee engagement, talent development, and organizational culture.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to intern on-site in Yogyakarta.
  • Being able to start work as soon as possible is preferred
