Modinity is currently looking for The Global Sales Manager who will lead international sales expansion of PT. Alia Digital Printex – our manufacturing company.
PT. Alia Digital Printex is a one-stop textile manufacturing and digital printing solution provider. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to acquire and grow global apparel brands and high-value B2B clients, while also strengthening the domestic market. The Global Sales Manager will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery, sustainable growth, and long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities- International Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new global sales opportunities, focusing on apparel brands, buying agents, and distributors.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline across key regions (ASEAN, Middle East, Europe, US).
- Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement global sales strategies aligned with the company’s revenue goals.
- Negotiate and close high-value B2B contracts, including pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for both international and domestic markets.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key global accounts.
- Act as the main point of contact for client requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide tailored solutions across fabric sourcing, digital printing, finished products, and packaging.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with production, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure order feasibility, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Provide market feedback to R&D and product development teams for innovation.
- Align with finance on payment terms, credit management, and export compliance.
- Conduct market research to analyze competitor activity, customer trends, and regulatory changes in export markets.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business development updates to senior management.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 7–10 years in B2B international sales/export, preferably in textile industries.
- Proven track record in developing new markets and closing large-scale international deals.
- Existing network with global apparel brands or buying houses is highly advantageous.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and contract management skills.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken); additional languages (Mandarin or Japanese) are a plus.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze margins, costs, and profitability.
- Project management skills with cross-functional team collaboration experience.
