We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning to onboarding. This role is critical in supporting our company growth by attracting and securing the best talent to meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify recruitment needs in collaboration with department heads.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet staffing requirements quickly and efficiently.
  • Post job vacancies on job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
  • Establish partnerships with universities, training institutions, and external recruiters.
  • Manage employee onboarding to ensure smooth integration.
  • Prepare regular recruitment reports for management.
