Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams (creative, strategy, production).
- Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Proactively seek out and engage potential new clients through prospecting and networking.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop client acquisition strategies and pitch-winning proposals.
- Lead client presentations and negotiations, from initial contact to closing deals.
- Ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations, timelines, and budgets.
- Provide strategic consultation to clients based on insights, trends, and data in the digital space.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role at a digital agency or communication agency (e.g., KOL, creative, branding).
- Strong sales and business development mindset with a proven track record in acquiring new clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in client presentations and negotiations.
- Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, including social media, digital marketing, and branding.
- Proactive, self-driven, and capable of handling multiple projects under pressure.
- A strong network in relevant industries is highly desirable.
- Strategic thinker who also pays attention to detail and execution quality.
