Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams (creative, strategy, production).
  • Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Proactively seek out and engage potential new clients through prospecting and networking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop client acquisition strategies and pitch-winning proposals.
  • Lead client presentations and negotiations, from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations, timelines, and budgets.
  • Provide strategic consultation to clients based on insights, trends, and data in the digital space.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role at a digital agency or communication agency (e.g., KOL, creative, branding).
  • Strong sales and business development mindset with a proven track record in acquiring new clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in client presentations and negotiations.
  • Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, including social media, digital marketing, and branding.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and capable of handling multiple projects under pressure.
  • A strong network in relevant industries is highly desirable.
  • Strategic thinker who also pays attention to detail and execution quality.
