We're looking for a HRBP Specialist — someone structured, reliable, and curious — to work closely with the Senior HR Business Partner in managing cross-country HR projects and ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day people operations.
This role is perfect for someone who loves project coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management, and wants to grow into a future HRBP or People Operations leader through hands-on experience.
What You'll Do
You'll act as the right hand to the HRBP lead, helping to keep projects, data, and communication running smoothly:
Coordinate HR projects and initiatives across countries (e.g. org structure alignment, job function mapping, system rollouts, and automation projects).
Maintain HR databases, trackers, and documentation — ensuring accuracy and version control across multiple business units.
Prepare reports, presentation decks, and summaries for management updates or cross-department reviews.
Follow up with stakeholders to keep timelines, deliverables, and action items on track.
Support engagement, culture, and communication programs, from planning to execution logistics.
Assist in HR operations such as headcount tracking, job description updates, and policy documentation.
Who You Are
You'll fit right in if you:
Have 1–3 years of experience in HR, project coordination, or administrative roles (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome).
Are highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through.
Enjoy working with spreadsheets, documents, and project trackers — keeping things structured and consistent.
Communicate clearly, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Are proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
