Key Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the implementation of company-wide performance management frameworks (KPI/OKR, and appraisal system).
- Collaborate with business leaders to translate organizational goals into individual and team performance objectives.
- Monitor and analyze performance data to generate insights for improving productivity and engagement.
- Lead performance calibration, review cycles, and feedback processes.
- Support managers in identifying high performers, potential talents, and development needs.
- Develop and execute initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee performance.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Business Units to ensure goal alignment and capability building.
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations for leadership teams.
- Drive the adoption of performance tools, metrics, and dashboards across departments.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in performance management, HRBP, or organizational development.
- Proven experience managing performance frameworks and translating HR data into business insights.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of KPI, OKR, and performance management cycle.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with solid business acumen and problem-solving ability.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Familiar with HR analytics tools or data visualization (Excel, Power BI, or equivalent).
- Ability to work cross-functionally and lead performance initiatives organization-wide.
Preferred Certifications (plus point):
- Certified Performance Management Professional (CPMP)
- Certified Talent Management Professional (CTMP)
- Certified HR Business Partner (CHRBP)
- People Analytics or HR Metrics Certification
