- Conducting direct selling activities in-store, during special events, and through scheduled home visits.
- Achieving individual and team sales targets as determined by the company.
- Implementing innovative approaches to engage and attract potential customers.
- Providing consultative assistance to customers in selecting jewellery items that meet their needs and preferences.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
- Managing and updating customer databases, including tracking individual preferences and purchase history.
- Consistently contributing to the achievement of monthly sales goals.
- Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of the brand and effectively communicating product information to customers.
- Delivering excellent customer service in alignment with the company's quality standards.
- Willing to be placed in Hang Tuah, South Jakarta, with working hours from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM (WIB).
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any field of study.
- Honest, responsible, and able to communicate in a professional and effective manner.
- Strong orientation towards achieving sales targets and business objectives.
- At least 2 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably in sales or customer service roles.
- Well-groomed, disciplined, and passionate about jewellery and customer experience.
