What you'll be doing
- Providing seamless administrative and executive support to senior leadership, including diary management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination and follow-up
- Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fielding enquiries and managing communications
- Assisting with event planning, agenda preparation and minute-taking as required
- Maintaining and organizing electronic and physical filing systems, and other office administration duties
- Demonstrating discretion, tact and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Contributing to the smooth running of the office and supporting the wider team as needed
What we're looking for
- At least 5-8 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced, corporate environment
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent Mandarin and English language skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using standard office software, including Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and discreet manner
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience
