Health and Safety Admin

Key Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Public Health, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years experience in Occupational Health and Safety in manufacturing. Fresh graduates with internship experience in HSE are welcome to apply.
  • Understanding of local OSH regulation and basic knowledge of OSH management system and implementation.
  • Knowledge of safety documentation, PPE control, and safety induction processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with data entry/reporting systems.
  • Good organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle documentation, filing, and reporting related to HSE activities (e.g., incident reports, safety training, inspection logs).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with public speaking ability.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to be placed in Bogor City, West Java.
Role Purpose
  • Implement group Health and Safety policies and guidelines, adhere to and comply with occupational health and safety regulations, and support the company campaign "Journey to zero."
  • Assist the HS Officer and Manager to record and monitor Coats Health and Safety programs and report them in a timely manner.
  • Support achievement of Health and Safety objectives and awareness campaign.
Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities Records and Reports Coats H&S Program
  • Administrate the flow of hazard reports, audit findings, inspection, and investigation results in the Coats Reporting System.
  • Report upcoming and due actions to responsible persons.
  • Record H&S performance data for periodic reporting.
  • Administrate documentation related to Coats H&S program such as contractor management, permit-to-work system, LOTO program, risk assessment, management of change, 6S, behaviour-based safety, etc.
H&S Inspection and Monitoring
  • Control workplace health and safety monitoring by internal or external parties.
  • Monitor PPE and first aid kit stock and distribution.
  • Participate in routine inspection and safety walk to ensure Coats H&S program is well implemented.
  • Administrate mandatory inspection and license permits.
H&S Awareness and Campaign
  • Coordinate health and safety campaigns and events following group and local initiatives.
  • Ensure training plan is executed as scheduled and act as trainer if needed.
  • Develop H&S training materials, posters, videos, jargon, and campaign materials.
Key Output Records and Reports H&S Program and Activities
  • Record and report in Coats reporting system complying with group standards and guidelines.
  • Submit H&S safety program reports before due date.
  • Maintain documentation record that is well organized, easily accessible, and compliant with group data storage requirements.
H&S Inspection and Monitoring
  • Conduct inspections and monitoring as per plan.
  • Record inspection and monitoring results in Coats Reporting system.
  • Ensure no expired permits and licenses.
  • All departments use proper PPE as required.
  • First aid kit stock complies with regulations and all work-related first aid is reported following group guidelines.
H&S Awareness and Campaign
  • All group H&S events conducted as per timeline.
  • Minimum 3 site-specific campaigns per year.
  • Achieve training hours rate target.
