Job Description:
- Ponduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished molds using precision measuring tools (CMM, vision systems, calipers) to validate adherence to engineering specifications and ISO 9001 standards.
- Manage the identification, documentation, and isolation of non-conforming products, overseeing their disposition process.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing methodologies (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping) and Six Sigma tools to identify and eliminate waste, reduce variability, and improve throughput.
- Design and implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to permanently resolve quality and process problems.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related manufacturing engineering field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering role; direct experience within a mold shop or CNC machining industry is highly preferred.
