Job Description
- Identify and acquire new corporate and individual clients for DPLK programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, finance, and decision-makers in target companies.
- Develop business strategies, proposals, and presentations to promote DPLK benefits.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth of the DPLK department.
- Provide financial education sessions and product training to clients and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business development, pension fund, insurance, or financial services (experience in DPLK is a plus).
- Strong networking and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- High motivation, results-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
