Job Description

  • Identify and acquire new corporate and individual clients for DPLK programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, finance, and decision-makers in target companies.
  • Develop business strategies, proposals, and presentations to promote DPLK benefits.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth of the DPLK department.
  • Provide financial education sessions and product training to clients and partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business development, pension fund, insurance, or financial services (experience in DPLK is a plus).
  • Strong networking and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • High motivation, results-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
