Job Description
- Handle materials for events and coordinate with suppliers to find the best deals.
- Organize and execute local events, aligned with HQ's ideas and guidelines.
- Translate marketing and technical materials from English to Indonesian accurately.
- Collect information, feedback, and case studies from customers, sales teams, and technicians, and report to HQ.
- Collect videos and client history from technicians during site visits, ensuring accurate information is delivered to HQ.
- Maintain good communication between local team and HQ for marketing activities.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing support, event organization, or similar roles.
- Strong skills in supplier management and negotiation.
- Excellent translation and communication skills (English Indonesian).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate.
- Team player, with ability to bridge communication between local and HQ teams.
