Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor the achievement of production targets based on the production plan.
- Actively communicate with relevant departments such as Marketing, Quality Control, and Production to ensure the production process stays on schedule.
- Provide daily and monthly reports on production achievements and planning, stock conditions, and shipments.
- Manage PPIC activities to ensure that production planning aligns with demand, and coordinate warehouse operations to ensure efficient handling of incoming and outgoing materials (Raw Materials & Packaging Materials). Ensure the FIFO control system is maintained in the warehouse.
- Coordinate with the purchasing/procurement department for the raw material needs for production.
- Analyze production planning by calculating demand data, production capacity, shipment planning, and warehouse capacity. Plan and create production schedules in accordance with customer delivery timelines and production capacity.
Qualifications :
- Minimum Associate's/Bachelor's Degree (D3/S1) in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of production planning, inventory control, and material flow within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas) and production planning applications (e.g., Accurate or other ERP systems).
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet challenging targets.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant internship or prior experience will be a strong advantage.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Certified in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, BNSP or etc.
- Holds a language proficiency certificate (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS, JLPT, HSK, etc.).
- Experience in labor-intensive or high-volume manufacturing is a plus.
