Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead an English Education institution. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of branch operations, including staff recruitment and training, sales and marketing initiatives, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly. The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving team performance, achieving sales targets, and maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure productivity and efficiency
- Lead, hire, train, and motivate staff to meet performance goals
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and manage branch targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Maintain strong attention to detail and uphold the branch's standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- 3-5 years of work experience, with proven management experience
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Solid background in operations, sales, and marketing (preferred)
- Target-driven and results-oriented
- Keen attention to detail
- Experience in the education industry is a plus
- Proficient in both spoken and written English
- Willing to work in Cianjur, Bandung and Magelang (3 roles available).
