Responsibilities
  • Lead recruiting activities, handling the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure selection of qualified and suitable candidates.
  • Manage employee relations, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Maintain employee databases and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR records.
  • Ensure optimal HR support for smooth daily operations across all departments.
  • Maintain HR systems and regulations, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Conduct organization development initiatives, supporting continuous improvement and employee growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree majoring in Psychology / Management from reputable university with a minimum 3.00 GPA.
  • At least 3 years of experience in related field for a hospital.
  • Having a good understanding of HR function.
  • Good analytical thinking and able to work under pressure.
  • Tech‑savvy and computer literate.
  • Willing to be placed in Kembangan, West Jakarta.
