HRD MANAGER
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage full cycle recruitment from job posting to on boarding
- Conduct recruitment, interviews, negotiate offers
- Manage compensation and benefit
- Coordinate with Finance for salary payments
- Manage Industrial Relations and maintain positive employee-management relations
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
- Manage employee attendance, leave, and benefits records
- Develop, update HR plan, policies, practices and processes
- Coordinate with management and Departemen Heads regarding manpower planning
Requirement:
- Male/Female
- Maximum 35 years old
- Min Bachelor Degree in Psychology / Law / MSDM
- Min 5 year experience as HRD Manager
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and payroll practise
- Strong analysis, leadership and strategic thinking
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and handle confidential information with integrity
