HRD MANAGER

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage full cycle recruitment from job posting to on boarding
  • Conduct recruitment, interviews, negotiate offers
  • Manage compensation and benefit
  • Coordinate with Finance for salary payments
  • Manage Industrial Relations and maintain positive employee-management relations
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
  • Manage employee attendance, leave, and benefits records
  • Develop, update HR plan, policies, practices and processes
  • Coordinate with management and Departemen Heads regarding manpower planning

Requirement:

  • Male/Female
  • Maximum 35 years old
  • Min Bachelor Degree in Psychology / Law / MSDM
  • Min 5 year experience as HRD Manager
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and payroll practise
  • Strong analysis, leadership and strategic thinking
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and handle confidential information with integrity
